Performance Metrics
- Range: All neuroperformance metrics are measured on a scale from 0 to 1, where 0 indicates lower performance and 1 represents optimal performance.
- Categories: The key areas of assessment include:
- Motor: Metrics such as coordination, dexterity, and reflexes.
- Cognition: Measures of attention, memory, and executive function.
- Behavioral: Indicators like mood, impulse control, and social interaction.

Trends and Historical Data
- Trends Panel: The bottom panel on the dashboard shows your performance trends over time. These trends are calculated relative to your average performance, which is measured across multiple sessions. The more sessions you complete, the more accurate the estimates become.
- Session-Level Metrics: Each chat prompt you interact with generates a new data point, updating your neuroperformance metrics. The dashboard reflects these changes in real-time.
